Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping labels.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, leaves, and protective inserts are included to prevent transit damage.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your items are boxed, coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a convenient curbside pickup time for the return shipment to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
